What should I prepare for a menu?
Start with the real menu, not a design template: confirm each item name, selling price and size, then pick clear food or drink photos that match what the shop actually sells.
What you can prepare now
- Confirm menu text first — List each food or drink name, price and available size, plus which items are temporarily unavailable.
- Match every photo — A photo should represent the actual dish or drink; unrelated stock food can confuse customers.
- Choose where it will appear — A phone-friendly digital menu and a print-ready menu need different layout and file checks.
Confirm items and prices
Provide an approved dish list, spellings and current prices. We do not assume that prices shown in old screenshots remain correct.
Choose food photographs
Clear originals help. Conceptual food scenes must not imply a serving size or ingredients your shop does not offer.
Digital or print?
Tell us whether it is for Facebook, a mobile website or print. Each needs its own readable layout.
A menu quote depends on your item count, existing images and the final digital or print layout. Share the correct text and photos together so nothing has to be guessed.
