What do I need for promotional images?
The quickest starting point is one clear product photo plus the exact product name, offer, price and a contact method. We can then design around your actual sales message.
What information is needed?
Send product photos, confirmed names, prices and your preferred contact channel. If it is a promotion, include the exact offer period and final price.
Choose the placement
A Facebook post, story and website banner need different spacing. Share where it will appear before layout begins.

Approve the facts first
Confirm labels, prices, spellings and contact information. A design cannot compensate for incorrect product information.
For a promotion, the approved price and offer terms matter as much as the image. Please confirm these details before a final graphic is prepared.
Send your existing product photo and the exact message for the post; we can scope a single image or a larger set.
What source photo works best?
A clear photograph showing the real product shape, colour and visible packaging makes it easier to keep the product recognisable. If the label or packaging matters, include a closer reference. Very blurred or severely dark images may limit what can accurately be recovered.
Who confirms the price and wording?
Send the final product name, price, size and promotion terms you approve. We should not invent prices or product benefits. Check all text and numbers before the graphic is published.
Do Facebook feed posts and Stories need the same layout?
Not necessarily. Feed posts and Stories have different crops and safe reading areas. Tell us where you plan to publish so the product, price and contact details remain legible.
